• By accessing ReviewLeads, creating an account, publishing a page, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
• If you do not agree, do not use the service.

ReviewLeads helps users create hosted lead-focused pages for local businesses.

Features may include, depending on your plan:

• Business profile import and business information management
• Review and page content generation
• Templates, service pages, about pages, and contact pages
• Lead forms, call buttons, QR tracking, and analytics
• Custom domains and dashboard tools

Available features may vary by plan and may change over time.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity under your account.
• ReviewLeads is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13.
• You must have authority to represent and manage the business you add to ReviewLeads.

"User content" includes business details, services, photos, images, logos, review text, customer names and ratings if entered or imported, messages and instructions, page edits, and published content.

• You retain ownership of your user content.
• You grant ReviewLeads a license to host, process, display, generate, and publish your content as needed to provide the service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content.
• You must have the rights and permission to use reviews, images, logos, and business information you submit.
• You must not upload illegal, misleading, infringing, abusive, or harmful content.

• ReviewLeads does not create fake reviews.
• You must not submit fake, misleading, or unauthorized reviews.
• Direct review quotes should be real and provided or imported by you from a legitimate business source.
• You are responsible for ensuring review usage complies with applicable platform policies and laws.

• ReviewLeads may use AI to analyze reviews, suggest copy, and generate page sections, FAQs, CTAs, service descriptions, and summaries.
• AI output may contain mistakes or omissions.
• You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving content before publishing.
• ReviewLeads does not guarantee that AI-generated content is legally, medically, financially, or professionally accurate.
• You should not rely on AI output as professional advice.

• Published pages are publicly accessible unless otherwise configured.
• You are responsible for published content on your pages.
• ReviewLeads may remove or disable pages that violate these terms, are abusive, infringe rights, create security risk, or are connected to unpaid or expired access.
• ReviewLeads branding or a badge may appear depending on your plan.
• Custom domain access depends on plan eligibility and correct DNS or domain configuration.

• Public lead forms collect visitor-submitted information and store or deliver it to the business owner.
• You are responsible for responding to leads and handling visitor or customer information lawfully.
• ReviewLeads does not guarantee the quality, quantity, or conversion of leads.
• You must not use ReviewLeads to spam visitors or misuse personal data.

• ReviewLeads tracks actions such as page views, call clicks, form submissions, QR scans, and related metadata.
• Analytics are provided for reporting and product functionality.
• Analytics may not be perfectly accurate due to blockers, browser behavior, bot traffic, network issues, or other technical limitations.

• Paid plans are billed through Stripe.
• Prices and plan limits are shown on the Pricing page. Current plan details are available on the Pricing page.
• When you subscribe, you authorize recurring billing for the selected plan and billing interval.
• Billing intervals may be monthly or yearly.
• Taxes may be added depending on your location and Stripe or tax configuration.
• ReviewLeads does not store full payment card numbers. Stripe handles payment processing.

ReviewLeads may offer Free, Starter, Pro, and Agency plans. Plan names, features, and limits may change over time.

• Free access may include a 30-day hosted home page trial.
• Free trial access is limited and may not include all paid features.
• After the trial, continued hosted access may require a paid plan.
• ReviewLeads may change or end free trial availability for future users.

• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the billing portal when available.
• If a subscription is canceled at period end, paid access may remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
• After a subscription ends, is canceled, or becomes unpaid, paid features may be disabled.
• Published pages, custom domains, service pages, about or contact pages, imports, templates, or hosting access may become unavailable based on your active plan or billing status.
• ReviewLeads is not responsible for loss of access caused by failed payment, cancellation, expired subscription, or billing issues.

• Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law or specifically approved by ReviewLeads.
• You may contact support for billing concerns.
• Stripe or payment processing fees may not be refundable depending on circumstances.

• Each plan has limits such as businesses, service pages, imports, gallery images, custom domains, and other features.
• ReviewLeads may change plan features or pricing, with notice where required.
• Existing subscriptions may be handled according to Stripe and customer billing settings.
• Abuse or attempts to bypass limits may result in suspension or termination.

You must not:

• Use ReviewLeads for illegal activity
• Upload fake reviews or misrepresent licenses, certifications, insurance, guarantees, or business claims
• Infringe intellectual property or other third-party rights
• Submit malware, harmful code, or abusive content
• Spam or abuse lead forms or visitor communications
• Scrape, attack, overload, or disrupt the service
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• Use ReviewLeads to collect sensitive data unlawfully
• Impersonate another business or person

ReviewLeads does not guarantee leads, sales, phone calls, form submissions, search rankings, Google visibility, or business results.

ReviewLeads provides tools for publishing lead-focused pages and tracking actions. Results depend on your business, offer, traffic, market, competition, content accuracy, and many other factors outside ReviewLeads' control.

ReviewLeads relies on third-party services that may include Stripe for billing, Clerk or another auth provider for login, Resend or a similar email provider, AI providers, hosting and database providers, domain or DNS providers, and Google or Google-related profile data when you import or link business information.

• Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies.
• ReviewLeads is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or actions outside our reasonable control.

• Custom domains depend on plan eligibility and correct DNS setup.
• You are responsible for owning and controlling domains you connect.
• ReviewLeads may disable a domain if ownership or verification fails, plan access expires, or misuse occurs.

• ReviewLeads aims to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• Features may be modified, paused, limited, or discontinued.
• Maintenance, third-party outages, network issues, or abuse prevention may affect availability.

• ReviewLeads owns its software, brand, templates, UI, code, design system, and platform materials.
• You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse ReviewLeads software or templates outside permitted use.
• You retain ownership of your submitted business content, subject to the license you grant to operate the service.

• ReviewLeads may suspend or terminate accounts or pages for violating these terms, nonpayment, abuse, security risk, illegal content, or harm to the service.
• You may stop using the service and cancel subscriptions at any time, subject to billing terms.
• Some data may be retained as required for billing, legal, security, or backup purposes.

• The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• ReviewLeads does not provide legal, financial, medical, marketing, SEO, or other professional advice.
• ReviewLeads does not warrant that generated content, analytics, or hosted pages will be error-free or meet your business goals.

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewLeads is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewLeads' total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid to ReviewLeads for the service during the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless a higher limit is required by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ReviewLeads from claims arising from:

• Your user content or published business claims
• Your review usage or customer proof
• Your misuse of the service
• Your violation of laws or third-party rights

• We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.
• Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
• Continued use of ReviewLeads after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are operated by the business entity providing ReviewLeads. Any disputes will be handled as required by applicable law. Governing law and venue may be updated when the operating entity and jurisdiction are finalized.
