1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide, information generated when you use ReviewLeads, and information submitted by visitors to published business pages.
A. Account information
- Name
- Email address
- Login and authentication information from Clerk or another configured auth provider
- Account creation date and related account settings
B. Business information
- Business name, industry, and category
- City, state, country, and other location details
- Phone number, website URL, and Google profile URL
- Business logo, photos, services, and hours if imported or entered
C. Review and page content
- Customer review text, ratings, author names, and source metadata if imported or entered
- Generated and edited page content
- Published page URLs, templates, and page settings
D. Lead information from public forms
- Visitor name, phone, email, service or topic selected, and message
- Source or referrer where available
- Submission timestamp and related form metadata
E. Analytics and tracking information
- Page views, call clicks, form submissions, and QR scans
- Public page paths, referrer, browser or device information, and user agent
- IP hash if stored for abuse prevention or analytics
- Event metadata related to public page activity
F. Billing information
- Subscription plan, billing status, and billing period information
- Stripe customer and subscription identifiers and payment-related events
- Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored directly by ReviewLeads
G. Contact and support messages
- Name, email, business name, topic, and message from contact or support forms
- Related support or contact history needed to respond to requests
2. How we use information
We use information to operate ReviewLeads, including to:
- Create and manage user accounts
- Generate, host, and publish business lead pages
- Provide lead forms, call tracking, QR tracking, and analytics dashboards
- Notify business owners about new leads or relevant account activity
- Process subscriptions and billing through Stripe
- Provide customer support and respond to contact requests
- Improve product quality, reliability, and security
- Prevent spam, fraud, and abuse
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Public pages and visitor submissions
- Published business pages are public and may be indexed or shared by visitors.
- Information submitted through a public lead form is shared with the business owner or account that owns the page.
- Visitors should not submit sensitive information unless it is necessary for the request.
- Public page analytics may be collected so business owners can see activity such as views, calls, form submissions, and QR scans.
4. Payments
ReviewLeads uses Stripe for payment processing, subscriptions, invoices, and the customer billing portal. ReviewLeads does not store full payment card numbers.
Stripe may collect and process payment, billing, fraud prevention, and identity-related information under Stripe's own policies.
5. AI-generated content
- ReviewLeads may use AI providers to analyze reviews and generate page content.
- Business information, services, reviews, and instructions you submit may be sent to AI service providers for generation.
- ReviewLeads does not use AI to create fake reviews.
- You are responsible for making sure submitted content is accurate and that you have the rights to use it.
6. Service providers
We use service providers to help operate ReviewLeads. Depending on how the product is configured, this may include providers for:
- Hosting and infrastructure
- Database storage
- Authentication, such as Clerk
- Billing and payments through Stripe
- Email notifications through Resend or a similar email provider
- AI services used for page generation
- Analytics, logging, or error monitoring
These providers process information on our behalf to deliver the service.
7. Data sharing
We may share information:
- With service providers needed to operate the product
- With business owners for leads submitted to their pages
- If required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request
- To protect rights, security, users, and the public, and to prevent abuse
- In connection with a business transfer, merger, acquisition, or similar transaction
We do not sell personal information as a data broker.
We do not currently sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
8. Data retention
- Account and business data is generally kept while your account is active.
- Public pages and related content are kept while published or stored in your dashboard.
- Leads and analytics are retained to provide reporting unless deleted or the account is closed.
- Billing records may be retained as required for legal, tax, or accounting reasons.
- You may request deletion of account data, subject to legal and operational limits.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls and HTTPS in transit. Stripe handles payment card security for billing flows.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. User choices and rights
Depending on your account and location, you may be able to:
- Access and update account and business information in the dashboard
- Unpublish or delete pages you control
- Request deletion of account data by contacting us
- Manage billing through the Stripe customer portal where available
- Contact ReviewLeads with privacy questions or requests
Depending on your location, you may have additional privacy rights, such as rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information.
Where applicable, residents of certain regions such as the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or California may have additional rights under local privacy laws. We will review requests consistent with applicable law and our operational capabilities.
12. Children's privacy
ReviewLeads is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
13. International users
Information may be processed in countries where ReviewLeads or its service providers operate, which may have different data protection laws than your country.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
