Affiliate Terms

The ReviewLeads affiliate program allows approved affiliates to promote ReviewLeads using an assigned referral link.

• Participation is subject to manual review and approval.
• Affiliate earnings are not guaranteed.
• ReviewLeads does not guarantee leads, rankings, revenue, sales, or business results for customers or affiliates.

• ReviewLeads may approve, reject, suspend, or remove affiliates at its discretion.
• ReviewLeads may review affiliate traffic sources, content, claims, and referral behavior.
• Suspended or rejected affiliates are not eligible for new commissions.

• Approved affiliates receive a unique referral link or code.
• ReviewLeads uses a 60-day referral cookie unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Referral credit may depend on successful tracking, valid cookies, signup attribution, and paid invoice activity.
• ReviewLeads is not responsible for lost attribution caused by deleted cookies, browser restrictions, blockers, user behavior, or technical limitations.

• The standard commission is 30% for eligible successful paid invoices.
• Commission eligibility applies to the first 12 months of a referred customer's paid subscription unless ReviewLeads approves different terms in writing.
• Commissions are based only on successful paid invoices.
• Commissions are initially pending and may be held for review before they become payable.
• Taxes, fees, refunds, credits, chargebacks, discounts, and payment processor adjustments may affect commission eligibility or amount.
• Self-referrals are not allowed.

• Payouts are manual.
• Approved balances become eligible for payout once they reach $50 USD.
• Payouts are reviewed monthly.
• Eligible payouts are paid manually through PayPal or Wise.
• Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payout details and any tax information requested by ReviewLeads.
• ReviewLeads may delay payouts while reviewing fraud, chargebacks, refunds, abuse, policy violations, or account eligibility.
• If a commission is paid and the underlying customer payment is later refunded, disputed, or charged back, ReviewLeads may deduct the reversed commission amount from future payouts.

Affiliates must promote ReviewLeads honestly and lawfully.

• No spam, mass messaging, deceptive outreach, or unlawful marketing.
• No fake claims or misleading claims about ReviewLeads.
• No guaranteed leads, guaranteed rankings, guaranteed revenue, or guaranteed business results claims.
• No impersonation of ReviewLeads, ReviewLeads support, ReviewLeads employees, or official ReviewLeads channels.
• No brand keyword ads, misleading ads, or paid ads that imply official ReviewLeads ownership unless explicitly approved by ReviewLeads.
• No coupon, deal, incentive, or rebate abuse unless explicitly approved.
• Affiliates must disclose their relationship with ReviewLeads where required by law or platform rules.

• Commissions may be rejected or reversed for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, self-referrals, policy abuse, spam, fake claims, impersonation, or other violations.
• Refunded, disputed, or charged back payments can reverse commissions before payout or create a future payout deduction after payout.
• ReviewLeads may reject or reverse commissions connected to cancelled, unpaid, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, or policy-violating referrals.
• ReviewLeads may suspend affiliate accounts while reviewing suspicious activity.

• ReviewLeads may update these Affiliate Terms from time to time.
• Commission rates, payout processes, eligibility rules, and program availability may change.
• Continued participation after changes are posted means you accept the updated Affiliate Terms.
