First-Time Paid Subscription Refunds
- Customers may request a refund within 7 days of their first paid subscription payment.
- Refunds are reviewed case by case.
- Refunds may be denied if the account shows abuse, heavy usage, fraudulent activity, or repeated refund behavior.
Monthly Subscription Renewals
- Monthly subscription renewals are generally non-refundable.
- Customers can cancel anytime.
- After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Yearly Subscriptions
- Yearly subscriptions may be refunded within 7 days of the initial yearly payment.
- After 7 days, yearly payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
Non-Refundable Items
- Google Maps imports already used
- AI-generated page content already created
- Custom domain setup work
- Published pages and services already delivered
- Any setup or manual work already completed
Failed Payments
- If a payment fails, access may be paused, limited, or cancelled depending on the subscription status.
- Customers can update payment methods through the billing portal.
Chargebacks and Disputes
- Customers should contact ReviewLeads first before opening a dispute.
- Fraudulent or abusive disputes may result in account suspension.

- Account email
- Business name
- Payment date
- Reason for the request
Policy Updates
- ReviewLeads may update this policy from time to time.
- Continued use of the service means acceptance of the latest policy.
